I’ve been going to house shows for a good part of the last year and one of the most pleasant surprises was seeing Nematode for the first time.
Nematode is a band that is based in Philly. They have played a couple of House Shows here at Rowan and here’s the Anecdote of how it was to hear them for the first time.
One of the big corrections I have to make is that in the audio I stated that they’re from Rutgers, New Brunswick. But, I might just have heard that around the house shows and I haven’t been able to confirm if it’s true or not.
This band is full of cool vibes and they really create a fun environment with their music. They fill the room with colorful melodies and change the pace of what the music of a house show normally is.
They have social media all around and I would encourage everyone to follow them and listen to their music and here are a couple of links of where you can find their art.

I used their singles in the background of the audio post so you can have a listen and a feel of the atmosphere they create.
They have an upcoming show this April 28th and you can reach out to see them going to the following Instagram account:
Here’s a post of their rehearsals.
And finally, they also have a fun YouTube Video for you to enjoy.
They are very talented musicians who know their craft and are able to put out some great music into the world.
If you like their sound, check them out, they are well worth your time and support.
